The extension works alongside Cathay's Asia Miles award search, passively organising the flight and date-availability data Cathay returns (including the site's prefetched calendar availability). It does not search for you; raw responses are parsed on your device, and only the tidied availability data is uploaded.
Every date you searched, side by side — direct or connecting, cabin, seats, miles, plus aircraft, seat, lounge and other reference info — without re-searching each day.
(approval required) Subscribe the routes you want; when the shared pool has matching records, you get an email digest in the time windows you set.
You search on Cathay as usual; FeiFinder doesn't change your screen — it just gives you a clearer, richer comparison view in the side panel.

A popover per flight: aircraft, seat layout, real/faux business, lounge, layover/technical-stop times, taxes, and possible codeshare. Reference info; seats are inferred from the airline's aircraft type, and codeshare is kept "unconfirmed".
Once you're logged in to Cathay, the panel reads your Asia Miles balance and flags whether each cabin × passengers is enough. The balance is read only on your device and never uploaded.Compared against the last recorded balance; enough miles doesn't guarantee availability or ticketing.
Built-in weekend + public-holiday calendar for many countries/regions (incl. Hong Kong and Macau), with "take X days off, get Y days" suggestions to dodge peak season. Runs offline; no network scraping.

Award seats can appear and vanish within minutes; one person can't watch 24/7. When a group of approved users each search different routes, the availability records everyone sees gather into a shared pool that matches against each person's saved routes — no extra work from anyone.

Install from the Chrome Web Store. You can see your own search history right after installing. Contributing to the shared pool or subscribing to route alerts requires connecting an email in the extension, verifying it, and awaiting approval.
FeiFinder only runs on Cathay Pacific's Asia Miles award-search page. The seats you find there — including Cathay itself and partner-airline (e.g. Japan Airlines / JAL) award seats that appear in the search — are organised for comparison. Airlines and flight numbers are recorded as the marketing airline listed in Cathay's results, which may differ from the operating carrier; codeshare data is kept as unconfirmed reference. The extension interface has both English and Traditional Chinese. Avios is not supported today; support for more mileage programmes (including Avios-based ones) and airlines is planned. Independent project, not affiliated with any airline or alliance.
Coverage is still limited — the more people search, the more dates get records. After subscribing there may not be a digest every day, or a record for your route. Shared records come from approved contributors; the team also seeds some searches early on.
It's a scheduled digest, not instant. Set delivery windows per day, at most one email per window, sent only when there are matching records. A seat may be taken before you receive it; the airline site's latest result is authoritative.
